Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered; you will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided with an approximate date of shipment.

Delivery

Dallas Bridal House uses standard insured ground shipping via UPS in the continental United States at a shipping rate of $75 per gown. For shipping outside the continental United States please email us at hello@dallasbridalhouse.com for a shipping quote.

California Proposition 65
Some of our products such as wallets, handbags, clutches, totes, jewelry, clothing, and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on the California Prop 65 list of chemicals. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers "Warning: These products contain one or more chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."
