Returns
Dresses purchased online, except those marked 'Final Clearance', may be returned within 10 days of receipt with original tags and in clean, unworn, original condition for store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@dallasbridalhouse.com. Store credit will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. All sales are final and are non-refundable.

Dresses marked 'Final Clearance' are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges and all sales are final.

Please note that we offer plenty of opportunities to ask questions, see and try on your gown before purchase. Measurements, condition and photos are listed for full disclosure. Email us to request more images, video, or a virtual call to view the dress before you say yes! Dresses can also be tried on in-store by booking an appointment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/ Charge Backs
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your store credit and details of any requested exchange.

Shipping confirmation and tracking is provided for every item. This will be used to dispute any chargebacks
