Bride and groom

What is the price range of your dresses?

We offer a large and diverse collection of  designer dresses. Our off-the-rack selection features dresses starting at $950 and go up to  around $6,000 for our higher-end designers. All of our dresses are available to take home the same day. This is the perfect option for those with a shorter timeframe or looking for a deal. Your stylists will help you find the perfect dress within your designated budget.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. In order to provide the best possible experience, we ask that you set an appointment. This allows us to tailor your bridal experience and truly create your perfect bridal style. We do our best to accommodate walk-in customers if we have availability.

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

We ask that you limit your guest count to four. We can comfortably accommodate four guests in each of our bridal suites, and you will find that too many opinions are not helpful.

Bring your mom, besties, sister, etc. Be sure to bring anyone who is important in making the final decision about your dress. You can also FaceTime anyone important who is unable to attend your appointment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend you wear nude undergarments. The dresses you will try on will not require any additional supportive undergarments, but if you plan to wear a bra or shapewear, wear those garments in a nude color to your appointment. Do not forget the nude underwear too!

If part of your wedding vision includes an up-do, or long loose curls, style your hair like your vision. While the expectation is not a fully complete look, pulling your hair up or curling your hair and putting on light makeup will help you envision your day more fully.

What should I expect at my appointment?

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a bridal style questionnaire by email. Once you complete your questionnaire, we will match you with one of our expert bridal stylists to start developing the perfect bridal look of your dreams. Watch your email or text (based on your communication preference) for any communication from your stylist.

Prior to your appointment, take time to peruse the collections on our site and Instagram. Take some screenshots of some of your favorites to show your stylist so she has a good idea of what appeals to you.

On the day of your appointment, we will be anxiously awaiting your arrival! First, you will meet with your bridal stylist for a quick overview of our store and services and a review of your information. She will ask for an update on your shopping journey and for any new information not previously shared along with any pictures of favorites you have found. The goal is to get a good understanding of your wedding vibe and shopping process so we can help you through the process as a trusted advisor. Our stylists do not work on commission and are not incentivized to up-sale or pressure you. We are here to help and guide!

Next, your stylist will carefully select dresses that best fit your overall vibe, budget, and body type. She will start with three to five dresses that represent a variety of styles to help narrow down what you like best. Don’t be surprised if she throws in some wild-card dresses just to see how you feel about a certain element. Trust her and you will be amazed with some of your favorites as you go through the process.

Once you select your wedding dress, your stylist will discuss what to expect in alterations, give you recommendations for seamstresses, and package your wedding dress so you get to take her home the same day! If you have time, your stylist can help you try veils and accessories to complete your bridal vision.

If I purchase an off-the-rack wedding dress and don't order a custom dress won't alterations be a lot more?

No, your stylist will help you find a dress that fits and will not need extensive alterations. Even custom made-to-measure gowns require alterations for a perfect fit since the dress is made on a form and not on your actual body.

We offer a wide variety of shapes and sizes and your stylist is trained to help find a dress that fits your vision and your body. We will talk you through the alterations process and what to expect.

We can comfortably accommodate four guests in each of our bridal suites, and you will find that too many opinions are not helpful.
